Hoping to find success stories or any stories.
I've had two miscarriages recently. After immune testing, my doctor has started treating me for Nat. Killer Cell Activation (NKa+) with prednisone. I consulted with another doctor who looked at me like I had six heads when I told him I was taking pred for NKa+ while trying to get pregnant. So needless to say I'm a bit concerned, which doctors right?
Has anyone heard of NKa+? Been treated for it? Or just used prednisone while pregnant without harming fetus?
I appreciate any info, thanks.

I don't really have any information for you, you might want to FM LisaW as she has information on immune issues. I wish you lot's of luck in your quest and hope you get some answers soon.

Re: meds
You should order the book by Dr Alan beer called "Is Your Body baby Friendly" All of this is discussed and he is really the pioneer when it comes to immune issues and miscarriage or infertility. Would you mind FM ing me your Dr's name? Also this is a common treatment for certain types of m/c. It is controversial but even my regular OB said he would be willing to put me on it if i needed it.
