Bri, I think I remember seeing you tried southbeach diet too. did that work at all for you and what did you find in the differences between that and ww? TIA
The first time on WW I lost 25 pounds in 6 months.
After gaining back the weight and feeling embarassed to go back to WW, I did South Beach and lost the initial 10 pounds that way. It helped to shrink my stomach and get my eating under control.
I then started WW on my own, realized it wasn't working fast enough for my deadline for going to Mexico, so I switched to Atkins. Lost weight on Atkins, quickly regained it when away, but came back and rejoined WW.
I felt when my appetite was huge, I needed to get myself under control and that is what a low carb way of eating did. For the long term, I need WW, so I do not feel restricted.

First off, you are such a beautiful girl! YOUR pictures are INSPIRATIONAL. You have accomplished a great deal and you know what? You are right- I agree you have to go through things to be who you are. I am sure you look fabulous now as well. You will accomplish what you hope to and what you are meant to, that is what I belive for myself as well.
To the rest- everyone is so beautiful and looks great! It is so true that we are our own worst enemies.
I am so glad that everyone is here to support one another, everyone here is so kind and supportive and I think that is the key to success!
Keep up the great work!

seriously! I can't barely stay on track to lose 5 lbs- you should be so proud of yourself! that was a total transformation! you look amazing in your wedding pic!
you'll get back where you want to be with the knowledge of what went wrong so that you can reach your goals this time around!
