Anyone evaluate staff??
For a class paper, I need to develop rubrics for evaluating staff. I searched all over and couldn't really find anything. Any suggestions??

oh we have one for our district and all the admins have to use it for observations. I will look tomorrow to see if I can find it.

Thanks. We have one at school for teachers, but I also need one for support staff. Im looking for ideas to develop my own for my paper.
