Hi, I was wondering is anyone could refer a german shepherd breeder on or around Long Island. I am looking to purchase a puppy but I am searching for a good, well-known breeder. If anyone has information, please send me a forum mail with it or post back a response. Thank you.

Why not adopt? There are so many dogs out there that need homes.

You could also check the AKC website, they usually list reputable breeders in different areas on there.

There is an amazing German Sherpard Dog rescue upstate in Rochester. Brightstar GSD rescue.
Also do a search on petfinders.com
Don't buy while others die, adopt a shelter pet today.
