Changes in the way clothes fit
do you have older clothes that are the same size you currently wear but just don't fit right?
I find this more with pants than shirts, but I've noticed some pants that used to fit me one way now are tight in places and loose in others.
they look horrible and are uncomfy. but I don't really weigh any more or less than I did when I bought them.
I hate it.

YES!!!!!! I am going through this now. All my pants that I used to wear every single day are tight on top...but im not heavier. 
I have had to buy new pants...i have 3 new ones so far...my other ones make me feel huge cause i squeeze into them
