It's OFFICAL....
I'm running the NYC marathon again this fall - November 4th!!! I just paid my $100...yikes...let the pain begin again!
4 hours is my goal...I'm going to start training in may/June this year and definitely crosstraining a lot more than last year...NO MORE INJURIES is my other goal! Not sure what team yet though.
Then Paris and Chicago in 2008 and maybe even a triathalon in between...Ill see how the biking and swimming go this year
