When does a baby start wearing shoes? I have a 2 month old and have shoes to put on him when go out and do stuff but, I didn't think they really wear them until almost a year old.

Re: shoes
I have the Robeez shoe/slippers for Jacob when we go out for mostly warmth and style. Otherwise he doesnt wear real shoes yet. He's not officially walking, just took a few steps so far. And I read that when they are first learning to walk they should be barefoot in the house to help them with support and slipping issues. I dont see anything wrong with your 2 month old wearing them for warmth and fashion.!

Re: shoes
My DD has tons of shoes she received from my sisters and close friends - I put them on her for warmth and fashion if they match her outfit - otherwise she's in socks only

Re: shoes
Noah has real shoes, he is almost 14 months and has been walking since he was ten and a half months. He wore Robeez booties until he started to go to nursery and they started taking him outside. Mostly now he wears shoes in public places, but as soon as he is somewhere inside (Nursery or home) his shoes come off and he is barefoot. I think that is the best thing for his little tootsies to grow!!!
