I have a co-worker who got PG at 40 without any additional procedures. Baby is perfectly healthy.

I have a friend...due in two weeks...no problems so far!
My cousin had her children in her late 30's/early 40's. They are now 4 and almost 6, and very healthy  (And, might I add, very cute!)

I'm 31
For all you older mommies to be...My mom was 33 when she started her family and had her last baby at 46! So there is PLENTY of hope!
Edited to say: they are ALL healthy...a little nutty...but healthy! - No problems
