Someone said I need to lose weight today...
WHY do people say this crap to me...This woman I work with just started out asking me if I had really made it to 5'0 or was I under 5'0...ok bizarre and then just starts saying "I was kind of pretty but had a double chin" and that other people in the office are plugging away at losing "so they could help me"
I haven't been on this board in a while...I have fallen off the wagon and gained. I am really upset about it and then some freakin BEOCH needs to say something

W T F!!!!!!! OMG I have no words for how absolutely rude and inconsiderate that comment was to you. It's no one's place to tell you you need to lose weight, it is a very personal thing. Plus, I totally empathize with you because I have gained a lot of weight in the past couple of years and the last thing I need is someone to put me down because of it, especially since I'm sure you already feel self conscious of it.
Just try and let it roll of your back. You are a beautiful person and I really mean that. Screw em!!!

Don't listen to people who say things like that. Of course, it is upsetting and discouraging, but they are saying it to bring you down.
I am sorry. I am very sensitive about my body and that would have crushed me as well.
The best thing to do is ignore it. I don't understand at what point people learn to act that way and that they think it's acceptable.
