We have an answer's for Bella's bad breath
We took Bella to the vet today to have a check up to make sure that everything is okay. Unfortunately, Bella has some severe dental and periodontic issues. She is between stage three and stage four of gum disease (early periodontistis and advanced periodontistis). Stage four is the absolute worst there is! Our dentist said that she will need periodontic surgery in the next few months, and she may need ongoing periodonic treatment. She is also underweight.
We are upset and feel so bad for Bella since the vet says she is in pain
He took blood work, stool and urine samples. Hope those resutls will be okay; we are already madly in love with our little pooch

My dog just went through this in Feb. She needed 12 teeth pulled.
But now she smells wonderful

Not sure how it's going to work but I think we'll have some help. I just feel so bad for her since the vet said she is definitely uncomfortable.

I know, it breaks my heart. And she is so so so sweet... it's amazing how animals can forgive humans and still be so loving when they have never known human kindness.
