Do you have a little patio or backyard? I would just put a couple of chairs out there - people will go!

is there a litle picnic area in your condo where everyone can go if they have a lot of people? we have something like that here in our apartments by the playground they have a barbeque area and if you are going to have company you can use it!

ah i thought it was a family/friend combo
have the family over, then the friends
or have one family over, then the other
i guess it's too late
