Re: Summer Thrills Offer for Disney - FL residents only
Any advice on which to pick if your staying witha 2 year old. Which has the easiest transportation or shortest ride to the Magic Kingdom.
I know the CB isn't bad but its kind of annoying to have to make all the bus stops at the hotel. We were hoping to stay at Shades of Green when Dh comes home from deployment but it looks like they are booked.
Also any advice on sitters in the area??

Re: Summer Thrills Offer for Disney - FL residents only
I would suggest CB only because of the energy the resort has to offer. It is located in the Epcot resort area and it does have 7 pools. Their are waterfalls, water slides, shooting water canons, 1 child pool and 1 hot tub. It also has pizza delivery, 2 casual dining options and 1 full service restaurant.
The Transportation if you know the route of the motorcoach then it's not so bad. I had stayed at the Port Orleans Riverside and DH and I knew where the first stop was and where the last stop was. So we would walk to the last hotel stop before it went to the parks.
Their are Delux hotels that are located in the Magic Kingdom area. Delux resorts offer teh highest level of quality, convenience and personalied service with full amenities. the Delux resorts that are located in the MK area:
Wilderness Lodge Contemporary Resort Polynesian resort Grand Floridian
Some places may offer Military rates. I would suggest to check both resident and military rates.
The resorts should have sitter service. That is something you can work with the resort on. I am not too familiar with how that works.
Let me know if you have any questions
