Grilled Chicken Breast

Does anyone have any tips on how to make GOOD grilled chicken breast? Not too dry, not too rubbery,...

Whenever I make it, it just isn't right.

TIA!

No, never tried that - I usually just crack open the package and throw it on there.

How long should it soak for?

Thanks!

10-15 minutes....until you notice the chicken turning a lighter shade in color...... it's hard to explain....but easy to see....I use half a lemon for a 1lb package...... you are going to love the difference... if you need a really good marinade....follow the directions on the "good seasons" italian dressing mix(the powder) it's soooo simple and soo yummy

Re: Grilled Chicken Breast

we use the Lawry's 30 min marinades or plain old salad dressing (italian works well).

teryaki
McCormick Montreal Chicken seasoning (there's a recipe to make a marinade on the bottle).

chicken I believe should be grilled slowly over a low flame and turned several times to avoid burning.

yes citric naturally "cooks" the food, this is how cerviche is made.

I like to do a lime and pepper marinade.
