Re: Pork Cutlets
I quickly brown the cutlets in a pan then pour a can of Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup (or Campbell's Mushroom gravy) over the top. Cover them and let simmer for 20 minutes.

Re: Pork Cutlets
I made this ... found it on a website and added to it.
1/2 pound gemelli pasta, cooked
2 tbs olive oil in pan Put some Salt & Pepper on Pork Cutlets (1/2" thick) Sear on both sides (about 2 minutes each side) Remove to plate
Add 2 more tbs of olive oil to pan Sautee about 4-5 cloves of garlic (sliced) for about 30 seconds to 1 minute Add sliced baby bella (Crimini) mushrooms Add 2 chopped tomatoes Sautee for a minute then Add 1/3 cup dry wine wine Let boil down for a minute then Add 2/3 cup chicken broth and Add 1 small can delmonte tomatoe sauce Simmer for 3 minutes
Add Pork Cutlets back into pan simmer for 5-10 minutes until internal temperature is 160 degrees F.
Put Pork Cutlets on plate. Add cook gemelli pasta to pan and mix with sauce and serve on the side.
