We are going back for our second time to Couples Resorts in Jamaica... They have four resorts in Jamaica... the flight is pretty short, compared to other places, and it's AI and Couples only (over the age of 18), hence the name.
Included in the package is a ton of stuff-- beyond food and drinks...
Check out their web site-- couples.com. They also have a MB to post on!

We went to T&C and had a great time. The hotel was great but I warn you, it's an expensive island.
We stayed at the Palms. Great spa though...one of the best I've ever been to.

Love love love Turks and Caicos!! FH and I went there last year, stayed at Club Med all inclusive and we had the best time!!! It was only $2400 for the both of us for 7 nights, 8 days!!!
Everything is included, snorkeling, the flying trapeze thing...food was really good!! And good booze...no crappy liquor like most all inclusives!!!
FM if you'd like more info or want my travel agent. She's great!!

Costa Rica! Not a long plane ride and so gorgeous! I don't have any info regarding all inclusive as we didn't go that route. But one of the best vaca's we've had.

We went to Aruba last year it was about $1700 w/o the AI package. But the hotel we stayed at did have an AI package as well.
The year before we went to Sandals Dunns River for about $2500 and it was so relaxing!
I should add both trips were for 4 nts 5 days and include air.
