same problem here. I always need a belt because getting jeans to fit in the hips and azz, they are always big in the waist.

I have the same problem. When I get a size that fits over my booty, the waist is always too big.
Old Navy and Gap carry "Curvy" jeans that fit my shape perfect! I love them. I wish that places would start making curvy dress pants as well. I have such a hard time with pants for work. I think Gap has one type of "Curvy" dress pants but I haven't tried them yet.

Gap curvy are a dream come true for me. The only jeans under $100 not to gap at the waist on me. Other than that, Sevens have always been good to me too.
I think this pregnancy is making my butt even bigger. 
Wow, I didn't know that Gap had a Curvy line. I have to check that out! (Yeah, count me in to the big butt/thighs, small waist club).

Usually I have the reverse problem. I have a thicker waist.

I have to say though target clothes I love them but they run SMALL. I have to buy 2 sizes bigger then I am to fit into anything there.,
