Treadmill AND Supplement Question
Anyone here use a home treadmill regularly? What would you recommend. DH and I are looking at the New Balance 1800 and many reviews seem to say good things about it. Anyone have any experience with New Balance treadmills in general? Or this particular one even?
Most treadmills are good for walking but my DH is adamant that he needs one that will endure him running at 9+ on it without too much belt or motor strain. Your help would be appreciated.
Also, anyone try Metabolife? Any feedback? I've heard one good testimony about it but am still not sold. I have about 10/15 lbs I'd like to get rid of.
Thanks again ladies!!

Re: Treadmill AND Supplement Question
Hey Smiley
Metabolife is not worth the possible side effects. Try getting Green Tea Extract. It comes in a little droper bottle. Put a few drops in your water in the morning and again in the afternoon. I actually just drop it in my mouth, but not everybody is a fan of that.
I go on the treadmill every single day, but I do not know about the one you are talking about. Most at home treadmills have improved so much that I think that it could handle that type of running.
