DH is actually at Jamaica now - he said there is a 'suspicious package' and they blocked off a couple of blocks around the station to Sutphin Blvd.
It figures the day I get to leave early this happens!!

It says its restored as of 1:45... with residual delays of 30-45 minutes.
I am going to run down to Penn now, I'll let you know what its like down there.
