Best exercise for jiggly thighs
I am looking for something that I can do without going to the gym - walking?
Is running so much better than walking or do you think I will get as good of results with walking. BTW when I walk, I power walk.
Got to get the jiggle out of these thighs - too late for this swimsuit season but I am determined to be in shape for next year.

squats (pretend like you are sitting ina chair) with your arms out. I feel like walking tones up your calves and running tones up your thighs I could be wrong.

cardio doesn't tone muscles. it burns fat.
squats, lunges, strength training all tone muscles.
you could do 2 sets of 15 of plie squats, then take a ball and squeeze your legs together for another 2 sets of 15.
then lunge.
also leg lifts, and such.
I am sure if you did a "thigh toning" search on the net, you'd come up with a ton. and with way better instructions than these.
