Close call
I almost went off my diet today. I am trying to watch my carbs, and also do WW. I had some baked lays and said I blew it....but thankfully I am not able to say, I didnt blow it. Just stay on track for the rest of the day, and I will be fine....sorry just had to share!

I have heard that sometimes it is better to slip up than overindulge...so, if you are craving a chocolate bar, get a small piece of chocolate, otherwise you wind up buying a King Size Hershey bar and eating the whole thing at once, you know!
