Moms of two or more
Do similar pregnancies mean same gender?
I am 8 week preggo w/ #2 and my symptoms (nausea, cravings, tiredness) are all identical to what I had while preggo w/ DD. I am just wondering if any of you had identical symptoms and ended up w/ the same gender or does it not mean anything?

Re: Moms of two or more
I never had the same pregnancy so I can't answer the exact question but I can answer it sort of backwards. I had total opposite symptoms with my 1st & 2nd pregnancies - first I had no m/s, felt great (other than edema), look great (or so I was told often), my skin was spectacular - not a single flaw. I had a boy. With my second, I was miserable with m/s, felt so disgustingly greasy and "ugly". I had a girl.
Now with my 3rd, I had a combo - a little m/s, felt OK, not great, not horrid - and I had another boy.
I have no idea if this even helps but it's all I got...

Re: Moms of two or more
In the beginning, I had the same exact symptoms... no ms, some fatigue and that was it. I was thinking that I was having another boy and ended up with a girl. But the differences that I did notice occurred later in the pregnancy. I felt movement VERY early with my DD, and I gained less weight and looked smaller than I did with DS.

Re: Moms of two or more
My 2nd pregnancy was totally different. I thought I was going to have a girl the 2nd time around since it was so different. It turned out to be another I don't think similarities determine sex.

Re: Moms of two or more
MY first pregnancy I hardly knew I was PG, except that my belly kept getting bigger. I had a boy.
With my second, had had M/s for the first 11-12 weeks. I had a girl.

Not that it matters but I am thinking it's a girl mostly b/c of the M/S! I am nauseous morning, noon and night just like I was w/ DD. Who knows - it's just fun to speculate.

Same here! 2nd pregnancy was rough with morning sickness. 1st one was cake. I wasn't convinced I was pregnant until I started getting a belly!

I don't think it matters. I think every pregnancy can be different.
I had different pregnancies, different genders. My girlfriend had very different pregnancies & the same sex (both boys).
