Spaghetti rolls
there used to be a pizza shop in East Meadow YEARS ago that sold these delicious rolls. OMG! they were to die for!!!!!!!!!!!
I have never since seen them anywhere else
does anyone know how to make this?
the roll part was the consistency of a garlic knot, but about 4x the size of one. and the inside was, you guessed it, spaghetti with sauce

Re: Spaghetti rolls
Try making little pizza dough rounds (maybe put a little garlic in the dough?), put a bit of sauce in the middle, close it up into a ball, brush with oil, top with garlic and parsley. Might curb your desire. Or get regular garlic knots and dip 'em in sauce!
