are you going with something smart or regular???? are you having their b day at home or in a venue??? our son will be turning 1 at the end of december and was wondering what i should do TIA

My DS is turning one at the beginning of November... we're going to do a party at home (I just think it will be more comfortable for him, easier to clean if he gets cake all over his face, slower pace, etc.).
I want to have a "theme", but DH and I are still debating. There's a cute t-shirt I want to get him that says "I Dig Being 1" with a big digger truck in the middle... maybe do a construction theme... who knows!

Still not sure. We have to make a decision on the party. Then I can't wait to shop for a party dress.

She wore a pretty dress it was at the local fire department and it was Dec 30th I changed her after cake!

I think she'll start out with a fun dress and end up in a t-shirt and jeans. Gap has a long-sleeve tshirt that says "Birthday Girl" on it. I might get that.
