Anyone up for a 7 day diet?
I am trying the cabbage soup diet next week. Wondering if anyone wanted to join me.

Day 1 - Fruit and all the soup you want.
Day 2- Vegetables, Soup and a bake potatoe at night.
Day 3 - Fruit & Vegetable and soup...
It goes on for 4 more days...

I just started it yesterday for a "cleaning" ... hoping it will help with my reflux, my skin has been bad and I'm never really "regular".
This morning was tough though ... what vegetables make a good breakfast??  I just can't wait for my baked potato tonight!

i have done it before. it not so bad. but i think i will need all the support i can get.
spinach and tomatoes make a good breakfast

MAJOR!!!! I also heard it is only good for a cleansing, not for weight control.

On Day 3 (fruit & veggies) and I haven't been gassy but did have major pains yesterday.
And I'm already sick of the soup. I loved it on Saturday and didn't think it was "cabbagey" at all. But when I had some yesterday, I was  at the smell. I guess it really fermented overnight in the fridge
I did go down 1.5lbs. We'll see if I can stick it out the entire seven days. Oh and I cheated last night and had a 100 calorie pack of pretzels because I had a migraine and didn't know if it was food related.
