Dizziness
Does anyone have this in their first trimester? It is awful. I'm not sure if it is pregnancy related.

yeas I had it too it was horrible... But it will go away. It is just your body adjusting o the pregnancy. My doctor told me it has alot to do with blood pressure and blood volume because your body makes more blood for the baby.  hope you feel better soon!!

I have had it on and off my whole pregnancy. I still get vertigo and I am 21W1D. You should definitely check with your OB.

Yes I had it as well. The dr. said it is from your increased heart rate and blood pressure.
