A pickle gave me a hangover

Ok, I know that I am sensitive to salt. I don't like salty foods and I always try to drink a lot of water.

Last night we went to The Police concert, and grabbed a bite at Ben's Deli and I ate a kosher pickle. The waitress did not fill up our water enough, so I did not hydrate properly-- something I always do regardless of what I eat. Then we went to the concert, and sat in a hot room for a couple of hours... and by the end of the night, I felt like crap and I was sooo dehydrated. Today, I fully feel hungover.

Am I the only freak of nature that this could happen to?

no that happens to me too if i eat really salty soup the night before. i wake up with a headache!

Drink a lot of water today!

I have been trying to-- I feel so lethargic and I am a little afraid to work out since I still feel so dehydrated-- I don't need to sweat out more of the water I have held onto!
