Losing body fat.... aka turning fat into muscle...
which cannot technically be done.
I lost the weight I want to lose-- I really want to tone and get bikini ready and just be more muscular.
I have heard and seen a few things-- please give me some other ideas.
Thanks-- I have 39 days til I need to be in a bathing suit.

Are you looking for a weight lifting plan?
I split up my lower body and my upper body and do them on separate days.
Lower body = quads, hamstrings, calves and stomach
Upper = back, shoulders, chest, triceps and biceps
Bodyforlife.com does a good break down of exercises for each
Anniegrl posted a great article here not too long ago about what you strive for in terms of weights - ie, more reps of lower weight doesn't do anything.

Re: Losing body fat.... aka turning fat into muscle...
Thanks-- I already do weights and cardio. I am just looking for other tricks-- like, I have heard a slow jog is really good, etc.

Re: Losing body fat.... aka turning fat into muscle...
Unfortunately, there aren't really any tricks...
I would increase the intensity of what you're doing already - like if you run for 30 minutes for your cardio, running for longer won't help as much as upping your speed or the incline. Likewise, I wouldn't increase the reps with your weights, but you should lift heavier weight.

Jump training and resistance training are great ways to tone up and tone fairly quickly.
I do a lot of jump training such as jumping jacks while holding an 8lb medice ball above my head, standing jumps across the gym with weights, etc.
Old reliables like lunges and squats are great too!

Re: Losing body fat.... aka turning fat into muscle...
What does your training routine consist of? What your schedule in a typical week?
What are your sets and rep ranges?
What do you eat before you train? After?
