i make stuffed pork chops
i get the huge boneless center cut chops from costco and pepridge farm cornbread stuffing i cut the pork chop kinda in half but i make a pocket with the knife
i make the stuffing as per directions then i stuff the pork pocket with cooked stuffing. i place in corningware or stone ware and baked 400 degrees for 45 mins or until chop is no longer pink delish
or i just bread them with flour egg and breadcrumbs on pizza stone

Re: Whats your recipe for baked Pork chops?
I season them with salt, pepper, garlic powder.
Fry them in oven safe frypan on high heat in canola oil for 3 minute on each side (brown them)
Spread Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup (with roasted garlic flavor) on chops.
Add some sliced mushrooms (button, shitake, portobello, whatever you like)
Turn once
Bake for about 30 minutes at 350 (internal temp should be 170 so however long that takes)

Re: Whats your recipe for baked Pork chops?
I usually use shake n bake but the other day I made pork chops (the big ones from BJ's) and make them on the stove with onions and chicken broth. They were delicious.

Re: Whats your recipe for baked Pork chops?
well.. its not baked, but theres a good rachel ray one that i like.... heat a deep frying pan on medium heat rub the pork chops in some balsalmic vinegar. place them in the pan for 6 minutes ( they should sizzle when you put them in). while they are cooking, break up some fresh thyme leaves. after 6 minutes, flip over the pork chops and put the thyme leaves on top of them. cook for another6 minutes. then you're done

Re: Whats your recipe for baked Pork chops?
I did the following
Dipped the pork chops in parm cheese
Dipped in eggs
Dipped in Bread crumbs mixed with garlic powder
Browned in olive oil for a few minutes each side
Baked at 350 for 25 min and broiled for 5 minutes....
Served them with green bean salad
Coos coos
and I had left over yams, so I mashed them, added pears from a can without the syrup, and mashed those, a little milk, some maple syrup and cinnammon. I mashed it all together and heated it up. It was yummy.

I cut a 1" slit in the chop, stuff it with a smokey ham and some manchego, bread it, fry it, and bake it....

Re: Whats your recipe for baked Pork chops?
when baking pork chops I just keep it simple. I rub both sides of the chops with olive oil and then rub bread crumbs on them and throw them in 400 degree oven for about 45 minutes (depends on how thick they are). Moist and yummy...great with asparagus

Re: Whats your recipe for baked Pork chops?
Two ways: I prefer pork chops with a bone. More flavor. But it doesn't matter.
1. coat pork in grey poupon mustard 2. bread them using 4C with a touch of garlic powder. Lightly fry in very little oil on medium heat. If they are very thick I will then back them to ensure they are fully cooked.
1. kosher salt, pepper garlic powder 2. spray pryex dish and broil. 3. add fresh lemon juice when they are half way cooked.
