Where does everyone get their balloons?
I was looking for the latex balloons that have a balloon inside a balloon. I can't find these anywhere.
does anyone know which balloons I am talking about?

Just an fyi i heard there is a helium shortage and you cannot preorder balloons?!?!?!

Most party vendors that offer balloon decorations will offer this design.
