So there is a deli near my office that has a mongolian BBQ station. I pick my vegetables (or meat), rice, etc... and they steam it on this metal thing while I watch. When I asked them what is on the metal thing they said its just water and steam. They said they don't use oil.

So is that accurate? Could it be that I just have to calculate the points of the veggies and stuff I put in it. I guess I just feel like there is some catch, you know?
