UPDATED-Just got home from pics and I'm so upset-VERY LONG VENT
We took DD for her first professional pics today to Sears. Our appointment was at 5 pm and they were running late which we dealt with. We were finally taken in for the pictures at 6:30. They took a bunch of pics and sent us out to pick out the pictures. I had liked the first picture they took and when we finally got a table to review the pics it wasn't there! The photographer had deleted it. We thought she was just deleting pics that were off center etc. So fine we let that go. We sit there and sort through the pics waiting for someone to help us for at least 40 mins. We finally get some assistance and figure out that we want to get a package b/c we want the CD which is over $100 if you don't buy any pictures meanwhile they advertise CD's as low as 9.99-yeah right! After going over the details of the package and picking out pictures the woman tells us we get 8 more pics that can be enhanced. So we finally get all those picked out and are ready to order. DD is having a melt down so I go out to the car to feed her and DH is going to finish up. Needless to say the woman who was helping us was wrong and we weren't entitled to the 8 extra sheets. We finally get the whole mess straightened out after DH flipping out on them and DD and I having to come back inside. We finish up and pay and it is now 9:30. I just went to put the CD in the computer and it is someone else's children. I am ready to lose it now-I don't know whether to scream or cry I'm so upset  
Update:
I went back to Sears yesterday and got the correct CD-they kept apologizing and I got two sheets for free but I'm still not satisfied. I told them they should be thankful that I got the pictures of those other kids and not a sicko who would've plastered it all over the internet or something. I'm going to be writing a letter to corporate and wont stop until I get some satisfaction.

 That is HORRIBLE! I know we had some issues yesterday at kiddie kandids (they didn't give us envelopes and one of the sheets we paid for then insisted that they had - they also gave us originally someone else's photos too). We were supposed to go to sears but got into KK so we cancelled sears. Glad we didn't go after your story.
That is such a long time to ask a young child to sit around for too. I would complain to a manager or to corporate about your experience.

ITA! I am a HUGE fan of Sears too. We went last Sunday and besides having a wait (which is expected this time of year) we had a good experience. I remember my mom taking US to them for as long as I can remember.
Anyway, you definitley need to write or call and put a complaint it. That is just NOT right! You deserve something out of it!

OMG!! That is horrible. I always had great experiences with Sears when the kids were small. My bill was always $20 also as I only took one shot.
Maybe try Target next time as I have had a good experience with them too.

I'm so sorry you went through this...I didn't have the greatest experience there either. If my mother didn't come with me, I would have had to wak out, because there was no way my kids would allow me to sit and wait for someone to help me.

I'm so sorry you had this horrible experience with Sears. I also had a terrible experience there and when I called corporate, no one would help me! I have been very vocal about my horrible experience with Sears Portrait Studio in my area (at the mommy and me GTG at the local hospital, in my neighborhood, at Gymboree) and I will never go back to get pictures there again!

I was going to also say to email the corporate. I think they WILL do something for you. After my son pasted away I emailed them asking if they could keep his pictures on file a little longer(they were about to delete them because they were a few months old) so I could buy them when I got some money and instead they sent me hundreds of pictures from each session he had there (all different sizes) for free. They are really good with customers. I think they will want to make this up to you!

I HATE SEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have heard so many horror stories like this.
My cousin took her 3 kids for there x-mas pics and they waited hours. While waiting forver DD throws up on her dress which is red velvet with white satin on top and the red runs onto the white and ruins it. Could have been avoided if she was not waiting 2 hours.
Leaves the kids with DH to run and buy another dress in Sears that she really doesn't like. They finally take the pics and wait to see them and now there is a problem with the computer and they will have to come back tomorrow to see them. They go back to view them and they are not there. They can't find her pics on the computer. So They needed to be retaken. Like a dumby she goes back to have them redone because they promise her the world.
Well when she goes to pick up her pictures, they were there but they lost her X-mas cards and could not redo them before X-mas. THEY $uck!
