Broccoli recipe needed!
I have to make a broccoli dish for Christmas Eve - HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I need something easy and flavorful!!

I don't know if this is what you are looking for but I love breaded broccoli!
You thaw frozen broccoli, dip it in egg then Italian bread crumbs and fry it in some olive oil. Make sure it cooks through. It is so delicious! My mom made it for an appetizer on Thanksgiving. HTH!!

take fresh broccoli...blanch it for a min or 2...put it in a baking dish....make a velveeta sauce by melting velveeta and some milk in a pan to thin it out. Pour the cheese sauce over the broccoli, cover with a bit of bread crumbs. Bake in the oven until all heat through.

i do brocolli with fresh lemon, its nothing fancy but easy ^ tasty

I microwave it until it is the desired consistancy, then add butter, garlic and parmesan cheese

I boil it until tender, then put in caserole and add bread crumbs, pats of butter and top with muenster cheese and back until all is melted.
