I have 1/2lb ground turkey and 1/2lb ground beef
Can I combine them? Is it ok to cook them together?

There shouldn't be any problem. Just keep in mind the ground beef may take longer to cook, so you may want to try cooking that first for 10 min before adding in the ground turkey.
