PotRoast/ Acid Reflux HELP

Hey, I have recently been diagnosed w/ acid reflux, and i have it sooo bad, and i wanna make Potroast for dinner tonight, but i don't know what i can and can not use yet.

Everyone different in what they can tollerate.

For me acidic, spicy, salty foods can bother me, but it's hit or miss.

Also avoid getting too full and eating too close to bed-time.

good luckl! I had it for years, to the point where I was agrivating my vocal chords too.

4 years later and it's pretty controllable. I often don't use my meds unless I feel it coming.

My dad has gastro reflux and he'll eat stuff he isn't supposed to and pop those pepcid ac pills. always does the trick for him.

the only time my acid reflux really bothers me is when I eat too much or too close to bedtime. Also if i have sweets too early in the morning.
