Thanks, that's exactly how we feel. The bank wanted an answer within 24 hours also and we felt so pressured!!

to be honest 10K when you spread it out amongst the months of the mortgage is not a substantial difference. We lost the first house I loved over 5K and I would have taken it back in a second - we figured it out after teh fact and it would have been $95 extra a month.
