take some advil too. Alternate the ice..on for 10 minutes and off for 10 minutes. Do this for an hr.
It's probably a muscle spasm..
jeez..can't take you anywhere!!

If it gets real bad-go to the doc and ask for a shot of toradol-works wonderfully

Definately try to soak in an Epsom salt bath. Whenever my back acts up, this is my relief.
