Where do you live? I don't belong to one personally but I think there's one out here on the north fork on sound avenue, in either laurel or jamesport I think.
I also think my ILs belong to one in Bellport (or brookhaven). Don't know what it's called though.

I live in Nassau- and am looking for one that has dropoffs in the area. Thanks! Chat Icon

Just a warning: you get A TON of food. We bought a half share and still wound up bringing stuff in for co-workers or adding it to the compost pile.

I guess it depends on the size of your family, but for just DH and me it was a big waste of $. (But the veggies were delish!)

Thanks for your answer. It is DH, DD, and myself- so I guess if it is a ton of food, I could always use some of it to make food for DD.

Which farm did you use?

We're splitting the fruit & vegetable share with BIL/SIL this year. It's the first time for both of us. But we're very excited about it. I've also heard that there is TONS of food, even after we split it up!!

I'm very excited!!! Chat Icon

This looks really good, but has anyone here used them before? I've been thinking of joining one for a while!
