"Cleansing" ?
Has anyone done Isagenix or Master Cleanse and had success keeping off the weight? I like the idea of ridding my body of toxins. I also like the idea that you can drop weight quickly, albeit water weight. do you immediately put it all back on when you go back to regular eating in moderation?
If you've done this or had success with it, would you say that a teacher could do it successfully, or do you need a job where you can jump up and use the restroom if you need to?
TIA! :)

Re: "Cleansing" ?
I've never done it. But, I have to say that I would imagine you would put the weight back on. Whenever I feel like I need to go "back to basics" I call it, I follow a raw foods diet (basically). Many, many, many plans recommend this. I try to follow Dr. Ian's Week 1 and Week 2 (the guy from Celebrity Fit Club). That, to me, is the best most safe way to cleanse your body. Oh, and exercise and drink lots of water!!!!

Re: "Cleansing" ?
I did the Master Cleanse.
LOVED IT... totally got a great experience from it... but sadly, I put the weight back on... Unless you REALLY change your eating habits afterwards, you'll most probably gain the weight back immediately.
You shouldn't do it to lose weight.
It was an incredible experience... For lack of a better term, I felt *cleansed* and light... I could FEEL energy around me, if that makes any sense.
I want to do it again soon, but I can;t seem to find a time convenient enough (we have something going on almost every weekend, and I'm not disciplined enough to go to a wedding, for example, and not eat..)

Re: "Cleansing" ?
as for your other question... It's doable if you are BUSY at work... Having a bathroom nearby helps, but if you time it out so you do your *flush* REALLY EARLY in the morning, about 2 hours before you leave for work, you should be fine... You will pee alot so you will see more pee breaks.
I didn't g et hungry during the day b/c I was drinking the lemonade consistantly during the day... a few sips every 20 minutes or so
