Nanny Help...
I am curently sending my daughter to daycare and they don't have any discounts for a second child, so we were thinking of looking into a nanny. I am not sure where to start, if we want to have a live in or live out. My daughter is 9 months old.

You may want to XP to the Parenting Board.
I always hear that stealing a daycare teacher to watch your kid was the best. Of course as a fellow daycare mom, I hate to encourage it but you have to do what you have to do.
