For those of you due within the next month
Not only do I feel pressure but I notice when I walk I also feel a little pain as if I pulled something in my groin area.
Are any of you feeling this?

I'm due on Saturday, but I don't feel anything like that. Could be that the baby dropped and is putting pressure on you down there?

That's what I am thinking. At my last appt. my doctor said my baby's head is pretty low so I am thinking that could be it 
I don't know what else it could be.

I've been feeling that too! I read somewhere that it's your pelvic & hip bones starting to spread apart.

Ditto. I have been feeling "those" pains for the past 6 weeks. It doesn't get much better.

uhm i get some sharp pains every now and then shooting down there.. but not so much pressure like I was expecting, or maybe Im not noticing? People say Im still carrying pretty high.. so not sure if thats why, although i do know that DD's head is down.

I noticed my stomach dropped within the past couple of days. My OB said her head is pretty low so I am thinking this may be due to the pressure from her head and being so low. In addition to that it could be hip bones spreading apart getting ready!

I am 26 weeks and I have had those pains. I googled it and found that this is very common. It has to do with muscles stretching and softening.
eta - i read it has to also do with the weight of the baby.
I am still going to mention it to my doctor tomorrow but the above does make sense

Ditto. I have been feeling "those" pains for the past 6 weeks. It doesn't get much better.
I've had them for a few weeks now as well. They only get worse. I did not have them at all with DD. I ended up getting induced. Not sure if one is related to the other though....

I have these feelings too. I'm so sore down there! Its like I fell on a balance beam and am all bruised  My  is very low - the OB has been able to feel her head since 36 weeks and she has gotten much lower since then. I'm curious to see how things are progressing when I go in tomorrow.

Yup, i'm due next tuesday, and mine started about two weeks ago...for some reason it bothers me most late at night and in the morning, very strange....
My baby hasn't "dropped" yet, so not sure about that theory.
