I am not on SB but I did it for 3 weeks about a month ago. I did lose about 10 lbs. It's not weight that stays off though unless you stick with that routine.

ETA: Right before that I had lost 10 lbs. So all together I lost about 20 lbs.

I lost 15 lbs during the first two weeks when I did the diet back in 06, right before my wedding...then I slowly lost another 5lbs.

Would it be worth it to start soon to loose a few pounds before a wedding I am going to?

Is it easily doable?

It's definitely worth it to shed some weight for an occasion. It's the perfect kind of diet for the "I want to get into that dress" concept. It trims down the belly fat quickly.

It's not that it's particularly hard but you definitely have to want it. If you can do without carbs & fruits...you will do great. It's mostly veggies, eggs, lowfat/nonfat dairy (cottage cheese, yogurt, ricotta cheese, cheese sticks), nuts & seeds, and beans.
