easy appetizer -- sausage balls

i've made these twice and both times were a hit. super easy!

4 cups bisquick
1 lb hot sausage
1 lb sweet sausace
12 oz shredded sharp cheddar
12 oz shredded mild cheddar

remove sausage from casing and mix together.

combine dry ingredients

i add dry stuff in increments, rather than all at once, so it is easier to mix

once mixed -- roll balls

cook 10-15 minutes on 450

(note: this makes a lot! i made forty the other day and still froze close to half of the remaining mixture. i make the balls about the same size as swedish meatballs so it is easier as a finger food)
