Need a recommendation for....
a Pediatric Urologist, preferably in Suffolk County. (but willing to go to Nassau)

So sorry I don't know of anyone in Suffolk or Nassau, but Dr. Simon Gribetz has an incredible reputation in the city. Respected professor, Successful Practice, and practically wrote the book on Pediatric Urology. I fm'd you but It might be worthwhile to take a trip into the city... Def takes insurance. HTH!

DD already sees a Dr. at Ped. Uro. Associates. I'm really looking to get her a second opinion.
