Atkins Induction - anyone have menu suggestions?
It's been so long I can barely remember what I ate...although back then I was so much better about staying the course...now I pop baby goldfish in my mouth faster than my son can get his hands on them.
Can anyone offer any ideas/help?

Re: Atkins Induction - anyone have menu suggestions?
The standard things I ate were eggs, cheese, meat, my measured amount of veggies - lol, tuna, lox, cool whip, jello.
One thing that I ate for dinner a lot was a taco salad - ground turkey or beef with taco seasonings/sauce - put it on lettuce with shredded cheese, a few tomato chunks, and sour cream - I used to eat this a few times a week. I always found atkins easier to do in the summer because we would BBQ a lot so I was eating a lot of BBQ'd meat!
