Re: Ughhhhhh...............
I remember that feeling all too well. Ginger ale/seltzer water helped me as well as alot of carbs. Also try preggie pops, they kept me from puking numerous times.

Re: Ughhhhhh...............
A man probably named it . .
Keep hydrated, ESPECIALLY now that the heat is starting
Try citrus fruits - that helped me Keep candies on you - the sugar helps Carbs - crackers, bread, pretzels
Limit high fat foods - those will only make it worse

Re: Ughhhhhh...............
I literally just took a sip from my gingerale....I got it too honey!!! And it sux!!! I just posted on fri about this, and the girls have said: eating carbs, greasy food...the seaband??? Which can be found at cvs...I'm heading there in a few to see if I can find this thing...also I find myself waking up at 6 in the morn just to eat a little bit, then going back to sleep, till my next meal, so its not so bad in the morn...otherwise a toasted plain bagel with creamcheese has been my bfast and lunch sometimes...also I have been munching on crackers....but it keeps coming back!!! I hope some of this helps Good luck and feel better

Re: Ughhhhhh...............
Feel better! I suffered with it my whole 1st trimester up until 14/15 weeks. What helped me was snacking in between meals and sucking on candy (lifesavers or preggie pops). Ice pops and lemonade ices helped me a lot when I was at home. I also bought ginger cookies which helped too. You pretty much eat/drink whatever you can to avoid getting sick. I also changed the flavor of my toothpaste because that was making me gag. Hope yours doesn't last too long, once it's over it's such a relief, hang in there!!!!!

Babies R Us...Linens and Things sells these organic sour candies at their register which helped me too, they are just like the Pregie Pops.
