Depends on the thickness and eveness of the cut and how you are grilling.. but it is fairly quick. Once it becomes opaque and flakey it's done.

if it's thin flounder then cook it on indirect heat. It's not a grilling fish on the grates. It could fall apart very easily if placed on the grates. there are racks to cook fish that sit above the heat. It will be very quick like some other posters have said.

you can also wrap it in foil, I do this when I make fish in the oven, it always comes out great.
