Anyone get a passport recently?
I know last summer they were taking forever, but I think they got better?
We have a trip to Aruba booked for the end of September. I need a passport for Erik, and mine need to be renewed.
I'm wondering if I should expedite or if there's enough time.

i just got all of my kids passports done and they came in 1 week!! i did not have them expedited!

I think they are back on track and not being completely bombarded anymore, so I don't think you need to expedite. There was always a warning in red on their website when they were backed up. Enjoy your trip!

Last year when it was hard to get a passport.....I got mine in less than 3 weeks. Who knows

Same here. I think it was here within 1-2 weeks. I was actually surprised at how quickly it showed up!
