Dinner help/chicken
I took chicken tenderloins out of the freezer this am with the intent to make fajitas.
DH just told me that he had burritos for lumch, so he isnt too keen on fajitas for dinner. What can I make with the chicken tenders now.
In my fridge I have potatoes, zucchini, peppers, green beans, tomatoes and the "regular" pantry stuff.
Any ideas??

Re: Dinner help/chicken
Stir fry is a good idea! And I can use up some of these veggies before they go bad!
I should add we had baked chicken cutlets last night so I was looking for something a little different.

make spicy pasta chicken primavera.
make sauce (whether you use tomatoes or jar)
sautee a diced onion, a few cloves minced fresh garlic, crushed red pepper, salt, ground black pepper, oregano. in a large frying pan.
add chicken and sautee together.
dice up the veggies (zucchini, peppers ect) and cook with the chicken.
add to sauce
hit it was parm cheese
serve over whatever pasta.
