Why is it everytime...
I decide to go on a strict diet, I feel hungrier? I said I was going to start this Monday and have been eating low calorie snacks but in large quantities since.

It's all in your mind!
For me, the difficult part was breaking the habit. Which is what it is, really. I'm sure if you are eating enough in your meals then you're most likely not hungry.
