making fish tacos tonight...what's a good side?
before you say rice, we have it every night of the week....
maybe something different to spice up the plate?

Avocado Salsa is my FAVORITE for fish tacos - you can spoon a bit in the taco or you can eat it as a side.

I usually make either a cabbage slaw or radish salad, and serve with black beans.

can you recommend a good recipe for fish tacos? Or give me yours?
That being said, how about a fruit salad? We have that a lot when we have spicy food. The avocado salsa sounds good too!

so funny...I made avacodo, lime, sour cream to go ontop of them...
and a cabbage salad to go under the fish!

Chiming in late but I would make this bean salad
black beans
avocado
chopped tomato
red onions
1 can of corn with the red peppers
vinegar (red wine or balsamic)
olive oil
salt and pepper
